Well,his business achieves huge success,many consumers are inspired by the concept of Toms:”every pair of Toms shoes sold,Toms gives a pair of brand new shoes to children who in need.Toms was retailed in many countries around the work including England,Australia,Germany and France,and toms shoes for women has donated over 600,000 pair of shoes to children who in need by the end of 2009.One for one foundation is the charity program of Toms,and is committed by thousands of people.
